Exhaust System for 6-B-IV - 15,000 miles test.

(a) Straight through downtake pipe from manifold to 2nd expansion box - made in Mild Steel 14 SWG. aluminized the whole length, lagged with .312" asbestos rope.

(b) EB-421 silencer shell in 16 SWG. - S/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore}

(c) EB-1504 Sleeve in 16 SWG. - S/M, instead of staybright.

(d) EB-978 rear intermediate pipe in 16 SWG. - S/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore}

(e) RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}-10 rear silencer - shell and top hats in 16 SWG. and end pieces in 14 SWG. - S/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore}

(f) Tail pipe 1.500" dia. instead of 2.00" dia. in 16 SWG. material.

Lagging covers in 24 SWG. - S/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Nickel plated.
