Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} Large SpectreCodename for Phantom III Oil Pump. Please receive herewith:- Lec.4400 shewing the above. The pump has been increased in capacity 50% which makes it 61% larger than Phantom. The pitch of the gears are altered from 12 DP. to 9 DP. to avoid making the unit bulky, and to maintain the ground clearance at this point. An adjustable restriction is placed in the suction pipe to prevent high oil pressure reading when the oil iscold. Smaller E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner} Lec.4400 herewith. Water Pump ? | ||
