Dear Sirs,
Further to yours of the 12th November, Ref. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. 19/AP., in which you criticize the extra cost for the special Thermometer flexible capillary, after referring this matter back to our Works they explain that they are having difficulty with filling this small tubing and in the circumstances their charge is justified.
If, however, when they have had more experience of this material they find that they are able to effect a saving, we shall be only too pleased to give you the benefit of same. Meanwhile, we hope that you will appreciate our position.
