PHANTOM II BONNET VENTILATORS.
Replying to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}3/E.4.2.31., samples of new bonnet ventilators were made up by the Expl. Dept and they were taken to W.W. before R.{Sir Henry Royce} went to France. He more or less agreed with them and it was left with W.W. to submit designs. That is the last we heard from them.
