SECRET. To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re SpectreCodename for Phantom III Chassis - Tool Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Box in Dash. BY.G.La.{L. A. Archer}EVz Thanks for E.1/IP.2.3.35. I am sorry to note that we cannot have tool accommodation under the bonnet in the way previously discussed. Arising out of our former discussions I thought there was some waste space at the point in question but, whilst I gather from your memo. that such is the case on the Daimler, it is not so with us. Next time I am at Derby, perhaps you could show me the drawing so that you can explain to me exactly why it is that we cannot have the scheme which I think Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} put forward. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
