Le Mans.

In order to run aluminium drums at Le Mans we have got to have 30 sets of material in the factory in a partially machined condition.

From information we can obtain about the race, coupled with the fact that we hope to have a considerable reduction in wind resistance on the body, we anticipate that we shall get severe brake fading unless we use these aluminium drums.

If we can get an official design completed we can order the material without fear of scrap. We should be glad, therefore, if you would complete the scheme for this drum.
