To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X 217 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn{Mr Robinson},11/KW.23.10.34. Narrow Pin Crankshafts. We have now done sufficient running on a narrow pin crankshaft to wish to reproduce it. We may want to alter the dimensions slightly, but these will only concern the radii on the pins. We understand that the crankshaft was not made from the standard forging. Will you therefore please put the necessary forgings in hand, and let us know when they are available, so that we can instruct the final machining dimensions.
