Warwicks.

For the attention of Mr. Barker.

Dear Sirs,

Confirming the writer's visit to you Works yesterday, we have left with you the original Phantom centre plate and its hub. You will modify the plate to have reversed crimping in alternate segments and will make it suitable for a pressure plate separation of .085".

You will also consider the matter of the spring loading and let us know if you are agreeable to any reduction in the 1,932 lbs. which we are using now. The engine torque is 356 lbs/ft. We are very anxious to keep our pedal pressure down.

We shall be interested to have particulars of the Long clutch as soon as you are in a position to give us them.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
