To Wd. {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer}

EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T21.9.23.

X.4342 C.A.V. "SC" STARTER MOTORS.

We have three C.A.V. motors type SC, which were obtained for the 20 H.P., with special armature shafts. These motors have never been used in any way.

It is considered that Messrs. C.A.V. might possibly be able to allow us a price on these motors if returned. If you think so, would you kindly take up the matter.

I cannot give the order No. under which these motors were obtained, but can give your ref. Wd {Mr Wood / Mr Whitehead} 5/NJ 22.11.21, which refers in the last paragraph to three sets of equipment, of which these motors are a portion.

We are sending these three starter motors to the disposal stores.
