After reading your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wyn16/KW24.4.35. - C. has asked me to advise you how greatly interested we are to learn of the investigations made in connection with 199-RY. Romero, which has resulted in your feeling so satisfied that a method of entirely overcoming the flat spot trouble had been found. We get a good deal of comment about the flat spot and have hitherto felt that there was nothing very positive which the Repair Department in London or, as a matter of fact at W. could do to overcome it.
