Dear Sirs,

We have made preliminary tests with the special low rating 25 HP. springs F.61003, and F.61009. For certain conditions these springs are very good. We are now therefore interested in springs of similar initial deflection which would be reliable for production.

Can you please let us have the full stress figures for both these springs and also a drawing of some springs having similar characteristics with stresses which we could use for production: please do not make them too heavy!

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
