re Bentley Rear Silencers.

With reference to memo. Sr/VA.9/ET.30.5.38. concerning rattles developing in the Bentley rear silencers, the Repair Dept. in Derby through S.Bull, inform me that this particular trouble is unknown at this end.

If GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} has had any experience of same, will he please inform us exactly what takes place to cause the rattle and what steps he has taken if any to overcome same. If we can obtain this information we can take steps to prevent it happening at all.
