The potential cause for a seized No. 5 big end bearing and the subsequent question of payment.

When testing the above car, we have always found the oil pressure to be good.

It should not be overlooked that the failure of N°5 big end bearing may have been due to the bearing having cracked up and then finally seized.

There is also the question as to who should pay.
