DERBY.

Dear Rowbotham:

This is just a line to express my appreciation for my reception at the Works yesterday, and to assure you that I am keeping the subject matter of the proposition I put forward in connection with a small petrol injection engine very confidential until I see you again I shall not put it before my people here, but I shall carry out a test on the Junker to see if we can make it idle at 300 r.p.m. I feel very optimistic that a very fine engine can be produced.

With kind regards,

Yours sincerely,

H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Sammons.
