COPY. R.R. B/PA{Mr Paterson} (1000) (PT 502 12M 12/28) Re Rear Axle. Mr Bailey instructed the 17/52 gears of 4's pitch on February 17th and this ratio with 16 teeth on pinion on February 19th. With reference to the above,(TBH8/L21212), Mr Royce writes:- "The slight alteration suggested here should make no material difference in silence, as might be concluded from the may tests of these gears, there is more likely to/something less favourable in the instruction or the cutting of these gears."
