Mr Royce says - "No more chassis be delivered without heat-treated butted tubes which were proved best on test. Press on with sixty-six per cent leverage." ----------- "Adopt the large bolts with special nuts as soon as possible." ----------- Mr Bailey has both these matters in hand and we are pushing forward the job with all speed.
