With reference to Mr Royce's sheet of the 27th ult. your ref TBB7/L22812, in which he mentioned that some long time ago he arranged for me to have some large bulks of timber slung on ropes, opposite each of the back wheels in such a way as to bump the wheels alternately, I would mentionthat we are still waiting the dummy frame for these tests.
