"V" SERIES. ----------------------------- We have to-day received from West WitteringHenry Royce's home town the fabric coupling. This modifies the following sections:- 1. Clutch Coupling. 2. Epicyclic Gear on end of side shaft. 3. First Motion Shaft on Gear Box. All of the foregoing parts should therefore be cancelled so far as "W" Series is concerned, and Sft.{Mr Swift} will arrange with the Works to go slow in making up the various parts so that in any case they do not get far ahead of their actual requirements, as we shall be issuing at once, as soon as the drawings are made, the new scheme for "V" and "W" Series.
