Horn wire in steering column repaired temporarily where insulation disintegrated.

Body cracking away from O.S.R. wheel arch support bracket.

All wheel arch support brackets are either collapsing or have fouled tyres.

Sliding roof lock ineffective in open or intermediate positions.

Wire netting under wings generally patched up.

Berkshire screen wipers unspeakable.

Body generally damaged by doors flying open.

Fog lamp disconnected.

Rain leak through N.S. wiper hole.

Thin gauge bonnet top in poor condition.

Extra stops have been made in the brake and clutch pedal stems.

The following parts have been fitted and work done since the car returned to Derby.

New dynamo complete to replace dynamo with housings worn by races turning.

New fan complete with hub and bearings to replace fan damaged in France.

1 New exhaust manifold fitt stud fitted to replace broken stud.

New contact breaker arm to replace arm loose on bush.

New governor frame in distributor to replace cracked frame.

Carburetter choke bearings counterbored and jubilee clip fitted on air bend, to stop choke sticking. Standard return spring fitted.

Standard rod between brake pedal and servo countershaft to replace mock-up cable.

Loose ball pin in N.S.R. damper arm re-fitted.

Special springs in side steering tube to prevent clatter on corners.
