Bentley 4½° Pivot Front Axles.

As a result of recent 10,000 miles tests GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} is definitely of the opinion that the 4½° pivot lean front axle gives better steering than the present standard. In view of this we are anxious to fit three of these axles to Trials cars.

We understand that the axle itself is obtained from the same forging whether it is 2° or 4½° pivot lean, and this means that any forgings now obtained for the 4½° pivot axle will therefore be of the latest strengthened type.
