Dear Sirs,

We beg to acknowledge with many thanks your enquiry addressed to our Head Office for a proposal in connection with a refrigerating plant for engine testing.

The writer would like to discuss this matter with you, so that he may obtain accurate appreciation of your requirements before we submit our proposals, and he would be glad if you would let him know at your convenience when it would be possible for him to visit you with this object in view. He will be free to come to Derby next week with the exception of Monday and Tuesday, and he hopes that a satisfactory appointment may be made.
