Dear Sirs,

COLD CHAMBER FOR ENGINE TESTING.

We beg to thank you for your letter of the 21st inst. and in reply we would say that our plans in regard to this matter are not sufficiently advanced to warrant your going into the matter in any detail.

Before we decide on our exact requirements, however, it would be a great convenience to have an approximate estimate of the cost which a cold chamber will involve. For the moment we regard the Plant at Messrs. Lucas Ltd. as the sort of thing we are likely to want, and should be obliged for a rough estimate of the cost of a similar installation.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
