To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} 87960 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/MJ.8.7.31. Re. 20/25 HP. Replying to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}1/E7.7.31. No time has been lost on GLR-81. Originally, you will remember, this car was going to have a Derby scheme of lowered radiator. Afterwards it was decided to adopt the W.W. scheme, and at the time when we received the car we had not received a design from W.W. There was also a certain amount of delay in getting the radiator tubes, as they were a special length. The radiator, however, is now completed and fitted to the car. The car has already been on the road with this new radiator. We expect the car to be completed at the end of this week, and propose taking it to W.W. on Wednesday the 15th. We could bring it to London for you to examine on Thursday the 16th. If there are no criticisms, there is no reason why this car could not go to France at the end of next week.
