MECHANICS UNIVERSAL JOINTS. ------------------------- Would you kindly instruct the jointing material on the inner ends of the pins to be instructed as chrome leather instead of felt. The chrome leather should be stamped out as a solid ring, and the dimensions of the piece should be .025" larger than the dimensions into which it fits, so that a positive tight pressure will be produced for oil retaining purposes.
