Re Windscreens.

R21/DS1110. With reference to the windscreen you had in Scotland, on trying 1600 with this windscreen I found it at first very difficult to get in and out of the car when the screen was set of the best angle for protection, - in fact the only angle it could be used at.

It also was very noisy, commencing to kick up a row almost at all engine and road speeds, so much so that I thought the engine was very poor, until I got on a steep hill and low gear, when the speed of the car was much slower and did not shake with the road.

The arrangement on the Metallurgique of windscreen and protection seems very much more satisfactory. This, considering the protective type of dash and body, heats up scarcely anything to speak of. Of course, the weather has been cold and at this time of the year we do not notice our
