re Second Speed Synchro Mesh on Phantom 2.
With further reference to item 5 of memo E.7/HP.12.12.33, I have been looking into the question of the design work for this, and I would like to make it clear that designs could be completed by the end of January for the synchro second speed on the P.2. box, but having regard to paragraph 3 on the first page of the above memo this does not leave sufficient time for making and testing the box before the car should leave for its 10,000 mile test.
