W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham Esq,
Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
D E R B Y.

Dear Mr.Robotham,

Many thanks for your letter of Feb.5th. I will, as you suggest, come over on Tuesday the 11th, and will arrive as close as I can manage to 11 in the morning.

For various domestic reasons it is not possible for me to stay the night in Derby, and I should therefore like to start on my return journey about 4 in the afternoon, but I can of course come back the following day, or some other day if it were necessary.

I very much appreciate the trouble you are taking, and I will do my best to absorb the information quickly.

Yours sincerely,
Montague Tombs.
