S/W 664. To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} [strikethrough]Copy to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}[/strikethrough] re WXA-1. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}9/E8.4.38 Would you please let me have a copy of your man's report regarding the starting. I gather from Kennett that rather an important point arose and showed that, if the engine failed to start right away, the movement of the engine caused petrol surging with the result that the difficulty of starting increased rather than diminished.
