To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} c. to BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} X5600 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn{Mr Robinson}6/LG27.3.29. SIDE SPARE WHEEL CARRIER - 20 HP. The 20 HP. car which went to France had no side spare wheel carrier. It was hoped that a scheme of double arm wheel carrier would be ready for this car, but it was not, and the car went away with no side wheel carriers. As soon as you receive D.O. instructions for the double arm wheel carrier, will you please produce it in order that we may run a bump test to prove it out.
