In regard to the question of chassis electrical instruments, in which group we consider to be included the ammeter, hydrometer, speedometer and thermometer, we think it would be better if you would instruct the testers that if anything happens to any of these instruments we should be informed, with a view to our giving a decision as to what should be done, and also to keep our records of these instruments in order.
