Hy.{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} from EFC. c. Sft{Mr Swift}/Mr. Brock. X975 X6033 EFC2/T13.2.29. RE AVOMETER. Herewith we assistant's report AD.24 on the Avometer instrument. It will be noted that there are two outstanding disadvantages in its use as compared with Weston box type instruments:- (1) That the instrument cannot be connected in circuit simultaneously for both volts and amperes by the turn of an instrument switch. (2) The great necessity of extreme care in the use of the range selecting switch, to avoid damage to the instrument. AD24 attached. EFC. | ||
