Conference Minutes from November 29th to March 9th inclusive. ------------------------- I am attaching particulars of everything still outstanding which has been discussed at our conferences over the above period, showing the position of each item at the present moment. The above information has been got out so that we may deal progressively with this work. It is our intention to constantly urge these items until we get them completed. Periodically we propose to let you have a similar statement. It would be useful and save personal investigation if from time to time chiefs would report to me of any progress with the items contained in this report. I hope this information is going to be of considerable value to the Company and a help to all the chiefs. I wish to thank you all for the assistance in this direction you have already given to me. This note is sent with the idea that it should be useful, and it is hoped that as a result we can get a continuous movement towards completion of all outstanding matters.
