To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rml/LG17.10.28. With reference to DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}3/M10.10.28. There is no doubt that we could arrange to fit the latest type damped pendulum lever N. sch. 2600 on EAC. 7. You will appreciate however that it will necessitate using a steering shaft, side steering tube, front ball end etc. and various other details. You will also appreciate that we are putting all we know into the 'SS{S. Smith}'. As a matter of fact, we anticipate we shall have this pendulum lever running on 'SS{S. Smith}' as soon as we can get it on EAC. 7. However, if you still wish this lever to be tried on EAC. 7. we will make the necessary bits.
