To all Heads of Departments invited to the Luncheon on the 27th of June at Derby.

From CJ.

It is desired that the arrangements in connection with the unveiling of the statue of Mr.Royce on the 27th instant should be so perfect as to be worthy of Rolls-Royce traditions.

This can only be brought about by the earnest co-operation of all concerned.

Heads of Departments in London will be asked to take charge of parties of guests.

Each guest in a party will have a card of a distinctive colour.

A corresponding number of seats bearing cards of the same colour will be reserved in the train from London to Derby and in the vehicles for transportation of guests from Derby station to the Assembly Rooms, Derby.

Accommodation bearing cards of the same colour will be provided for coats and hats at the Assembly Rooms at Derby.

Seats bearing cards of the same colour will be reserved for luncheon in the Assembly Rooms at Derby, in the tea marquee, at the Works and in the reserved marquee at the Arboretum, also in the train for the return journey Derby to London.

The official in charge of a party will be asked to take charge of the members of the party from the time of their arrival at St.Pancras in the morning until the time of their departure from St.Pancras in the evening.

THE part of the day which will require the closest attention is the transference of guests from the Arboretum to Derby Station, as the time allowed for this transport will be very short.
