X3117. Expl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}2/MA. 22nd., November 1932. Donald Sessions & Co. Ltd., Harrow Road, Willesden. For the attention of Mr. Donald Sessions. Dear Sirs, We have received criticisms from our London Staff to the effect that when D.W.S. Jacks are fitted on 20/25HP. car the ground clearance is dangerously reduced on the front axle. It would be better, we think, if a type of fixing could be used on the front axle on this car similar to the one you have recently produced for the Phantom II Car. We should be glad to have your views on this, as we think a modified fixing of this type should be used if at all possible. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
