FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} C. to HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} CENTRALISED CHASSIS LUBRICATION - CLUTCH THRUST (Handwritten and crossed out: X3806 / X7300) Herewith we send N. sch. 2601. shewing the slight modifications to the clutch thrust to make it oil retaining. The modifications are on the lines of that schemed for "SS{S. Smith}". We have used existing pieces as far as possible, but subsequently a boss and cup could be added to the trunnion forging.
