Ronald Banks Esq.,
Ethyl Export Corporation,
Abford House,
Victoria,
London, S.W.1.

Dear Banks,

Some of the 14 mm. plugs we are running with Ethyl petrol show signs of failure by missing on the pick up, after a few hundred miles running.

Similar plugs running in France on ordinary petrol have not exhibited the same characteristics. We should like to have any information you can give us on this subject, we have sent four of the plugs back to the Makers but have two others here in case you would like to inspect them.

Yours sincerely,
