THROTTLE GOVERNOR. X.9140 X8140 We send you herewith LeC.1883 shewing the above. This scheme is complete as far as the governor and the casing is concerned, and Mr. Royce would like you to go ahead with the detailing. We shall in due course finish off the remaining particulars and send you the complete scheme. We are putting in a double row New Departure bearingso that the drive shaft will be able to take thrust both ways at any time. This necessitates reducing the dia. of the water pump drive shaft to take 20 mm. New Departure bearing. The wheelcase will require alteration to make it suitable for carrying the governor casing.
