Walker - Patents} E.8/HP.3.1.37. re Conical Rubber Bearings. Application No.19454/37. I am attaching herewith a memo BY/NW.{N. Walker - Patents}5/VL.{V. Lewis / Mr Valentine} 14.12.37, with copy of the specification mentioned in the text, from which you will see that on the conical type of rubber bearing we have been anticipated. Obviously it is not worth while completing our provisional application, but this does not necessarily mean that you may not wish to use these bearings for suspension purposes.
