Application 19454/37. ----------------------- In connection with the above, which is still only in its provisional stage, we have had the unusual experience of receiving a citation from the Patent Examiner. Apparently he knows of this prior case and has drawn our attention to it. He says that it is cited as an example of similar cases. We attach a copy of the citation in question, namely, No.383274.
