springs from Terry & Sons:-

"These should be hopeful; the other names do not seem to have much to recommend them".

On 21/8/13 you further stated:-

"So far I have the impression that no-one can make springs to beat Salters, except it may be ourselves. The valve spring experiment is over, providing we use either our own springs or Salters, should we use increased section of metal".

We shall be glad therefore, if Mr Royce will return this sheet with the word yes or no, signifying whether he wishes to proceed or abandon these experiments.
