S/W RP Copy to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Nfs X8950 Bt{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer}1/22.4.27 Re:- Chassis No. 78-SC, H's Trials Car. I showed EJ. your memo EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}2/H14.4.27 and he asked me to write you as follows:- "Please tell RP (copy to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}) I think we should try to find a happy medium as soon as possible. We have cured one bad fault, introduced another. A very large number of these cars are used continually in London and as Town cars are very bad and tiring." When you are next in London and have a few minutes to spare should like to discuss this car with you. Im still not happy about this steering tho' old x steering tube has been replaced. Bt.{Capt. J.
