Damper Governor Control.
------------------------

We think that the spring on the pressure release valve may have a lower rating with advantage, than is now provided, and we send N. Sch. 3837 which shows what we suggest.

We also think that a packing washer will be found useful to allow for variations in springs and bore of valve seat.

A screwdriver slot should be tried in place of the internal square hole, to reduce expense here if possible.
