re- Cycle Ty. Wings - Bentley.

If the wings do not turn with the wheels then we should presumably have the wheel when on full lock throwing up mud between the wing and the chassis frame. This would necessitate some suitable guards to protect that and defeat our object in getting highly efficient wings so far as wind resistance is concerned.

If that is so, should we not lose in that way most, if not all, that we gain by the adoption of this type of wing ?
