We beg to advise you that we have recently placed upon the market a Case Hardening Steel of unusual purity and uniformity. The Sulphur and Phosphorous contents are only .010% and .006% as compared with .05 to .06% of the general run of case hardening steels. Physical tests are as follows:- Tensile 28.5 tons. Elastic limit 17 Elongation in 2" 39.5% Reduction of area 61% The price of this high grade steel is £35 per ton and we can, at this moment, commence delivery of standard sizes in 7 days.
