We have requested our Openshaw Works to send you a sample of the above named steel, for test, and would be glad to receive your comments after you have experimented with same. The steel contains Carbon 0.12% Sulphur 0.010%, and Phosphorous 0.006%, and is manufactured with sufficient care to guarantee absolute uniformity. Yours faithfully, for Sir W.G.
