Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 28th instant, addressed to the undersigned and also one of the same date addressed to Mr.E.A.Watson in connection with Car Heater Motors. As a matter of interest we should like you to know we cannot trace the earlier letter to which you refer, despite the fact that we have made a thorough search.

We note however that you are requiring particulars of our Heater Motor following a test which you have done on the one unit you had from us some considerable time ago.

We are going into this matter and the undersigned will make a point of having a telephone conversation with you on the subject.

Yours faithfully,
JOSEPH LUCAS.LIMITED.
