For the Sports cars we find the best rate of
clutch stop is given by making G.75078 to give a load of
30 lbs. i.e., altering its free length from 2.025" to 2.735".
We think that considering its position this is a safe stress.
If you do not agree will you please let us have
another spring giving the same load.
