STANDARDISATION SHEETS.

With reference to your memo. instructing that in future you should be made aware of what scrap is entailed when a new part is standardised. We have seen BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} on this matter and he points out that at the present time you are always informed of the cost of the scrap if a new part is brought in before existing parts are used up. As your instructions already appear to be carried out by BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} we have asked him to let you have his suggestions so that there will never be any doubt of you having this information.
