WRAITH 111 and BENTLEY 111 - MODIFIED POSITION OF OIL LEVEL INDICATOR.

Please receive herewith A.CD.13/ Modified Position of Oil Level Indicator - Wraith 111.

The reason for this alteration is to avoid weakening the cross web in the sump excessively by having a cored slot in web to clear the operating lever of the indicator; this condition was created when the oil gallery pipe was moved over from the offside of engine to the nearside. Incidentally, the altered position of indicator gives a slight improvement in its visibility.

Will you please include these modifications in the revised sump for Wraith 111 for the six chassis now being instructed.

All the details for the indicator parts are unaltered, as it is moved bodily forward on sump .750".
